How to claim it

  1. Email us at support@juicyfitness.shop within 30 days of your delivery date.
  2. Include your order number and a quick note about why you're returning it — this helps us improve, but it's not a requirement for your refund.
  3. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
  4. Once we receive the item back, your refund processes within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

A note on "defects"

If your Model G develops any material issue — ever — contact us. The 30-day window is our formal policy, but we stand behind the quality of our product long-term. If something's wrong with the silicone, we'll make it right.
