Our Story

Built by athletes who were tired of weak forearms.

It started with a simple, humbling moment. Founder Mario was pulling heavy deadlifts, everything felt dialed in — until his hands gave out before his back did. Not once. Every single session. His forearms were the weak link, and no amount of wrist curls or grip squeezers seemed to fix it.

He started reading everything he could about forearm and grip development. That's when he stumbled across thick-bar training — the method used by old-school strongmen and elite military units for decades. The science was clear: training with a thicker bar recruits more muscle fibers in the forearms and hands, building functional, iron-grip strength faster than any isolation exercise.

The problem? Thick bars cost thousands of dollars and take up a quarter of your gym. Fat grips existed, but every option he tried felt cheap — the rubber split after a few weeks, the diameter wasn't consistent, and they'd slide on the bar mid-set. He couldn't find anything he actually trusted to hold up under serious training.

So he built his own.

The Model G

After months of prototyping, testing different silicone compounds, and destroying a lot of barbells in the process, the Model G was born. Military-grade silicone rated for 500+ lbs. Diamond-knurl grip pattern. Precision-molded so it fits any standard Olympic bar without sliding, spinning, or softening under heavy load.

The first batch sold out in 48 hours to friends and training partners who'd been watching the development. Word spread. Athletes started messaging in with before-and-after stories — forearms up 2 inches in 8 weeks, deadlift lockouts that used to fail now cruising through, climbing holds that used to slip staying locked.

Where We're Going

Juicy Forearms is still a small, athlete-run company. We don't have a massive marketing budget or celebrity endorsements. What we have is a product we actually use, a community of athletes who train hard, and an obsessive commitment to quality that borders on unreasonable.

If you're reading this, you're probably the kind of person who takes training seriously. We built this for you. Try it for 30 days. If it doesn't change the way your forearms feel and perform, send it back — no questions asked.
